Lewis Air is looking for Service Technicians highly skilled in residential service on HVAC System.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively communicate with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
• Be able to make understandable recommendations on replacement solutions when systems are beyond reasonable repair
• Meet achievable sales goals
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
• Hands-on experience in brazing, zoning, mini splits, e-pumps.
• Experience with all types of HVAC systems and how each component within the system operates
• Experience with overall operations of the system as a whole.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image
• Analytical, Focused on Quality, and Results-driven
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
• Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
• Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
• 3 - 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain.
• Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance.
• Required to work in outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and temperature swings, for extended periods of time.
• Requires concentration and attention to detail; requires a high level of organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lift and carry and carrying up to 50 pounds
• May work in closed or cramped space on occasion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $52.00 per hour

• HVAC: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:
